We want to Notify Everyone to be aware about Alpha Express from GA. they are Holding Our Load Hostage. And not proving Updates. And not delivering the load..
Full Details: They did few loads for us in the past and and we had few Alpha Express carriers on our loads and our system put all carriers under same profile after recent software upgrades..
We received NOI from Orange Commercial Credit for Alpha Express our billing team updated NOI and paid as scheduled to Factoring Company. Carrier contacted us recently that they have not received payment we pulled all invoices sorted out which carrier is which. Since all payments went to factoring ( Orange Commercial Credit ) . And factoring agreed to issue us refund with in 1 wk. Today we issued ACH WIRE for all the loads that were paid to factoring to be paid tomorrow am.. and sent them proof of wire payment for past few loads. they are demanding us to cancel Wire Payment and pay them with Zelle to completely different carrier: SONIMAVA TRANS LLC. Told them we are not paying to unknown carrier Name. We paid with wire earlier today to the company check we received.. we told owner we are not ignoring payments or not paying at all.
We did pay but was paid to factoring due to multiple carrier names with same name. ( Sent carrier Copy of Cleared Checks ) I told them we are licensed and you can file on Bond for Non payment.. But we corrected the issue and paid carrier. And even Commercial Credit confirmed they been having same issue with same carrier Name with other Brokers.
If you have any questions let us know.. we have all Docs and proof of payment.. and them holding load Hostage and not providing updates and not delivering it is unprofessional.
Had to notify customer that delivery will have to happen tomorrow morning now due to carrier not providing Updates.. and now waiting for wire to clear tomorrow am..
We told the owner if we Tried not to pay we would of not paid the factoring.
Also Provided them All Copies of Paid Invoices to Factoring and Copy of Paid Wire Transfer to Alpha Express with Full Amount.
